Ph.D. Course Applicants, Postdoctoral Researchers, and Research Collaborators

We are looking for Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers, and research collaborators. Please send an email to Muramatsu (muramatsu (at) hiroshima-u.ac.jp) if you are interested in our research.

Master Course Applicants

We accept master students whose aim is to proceed to a Ph.D. program at our laboratory. The application procedure is as follows.

1. Register IAO system.

2. Choose Hiroshima University's entrance examination you will take: the General Selection or Special Selection for International Students [For Students Living in Japan] (see URL1, URL2).

3a. If you want to take the General Selection, let me know. Then, I will impose you nothing. You will study for the General Selection. Once you will pass the examination, you will be able to be a master student in our laboratory.

3b. Otherwise, if you want to take the Special Selection for International Students [For Students Living in Japan], I will impose you a pre-examination and interview online, and I will decide if I will accept you or not.

4. Choose you will take the Special Selection for International Students [For Students Living in Japan] directly or become an international research student until taking the Special Selection for International Students [For Students Living in Japan].

5. If you will fail the Special Selection for International Students [For Students Living in Japan], I will not be able to keep accepting you as an international research student.
